Philippe Absil fell in love with Italy and particularly Milan about ten years ago. This city has become his landmark to appreciate all the Italian gastronomy. For 10 years, he has been going to Milan several times a year to rediscover this very special atmosphere and its unique flavors. Creating a meeting place for epicureans in Brussels, a place where you would think you were in Italy was becoming obvious, it was a dream. Oggi a Milano was born.
